Nominations and agenda for the meeting will be circulated on Wednesday 12th August.
In the event that no nominations are received then the EGM will be asked to consider that the Chamber be wound up in accordance with its Memorandum and Articles of Association.
This is an important turning point for Rye Chamber. If you wish the Chamber to continue as a local business forum and voice, please consider whether you, or someone who works in your business, could stand as a Chamber Councillor and be willing to take a turn as an Officer. Even if you are unable to do so, your presence at the EGM and your vote on the way forward are vital.
